Mark Souvenir, is a seasoned leader in capital markets with over 20 years of experience and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at 3L Capital Inc. Mark was founding Partner and Managing Director, Head of Equity Sales at Sprott Capital Partners, guiding the company through its creation and significant growth from 2017 to 2022. During this period, Mark played a significant role in helping Sprott Inc. built their asset under management to over 20 Billion. Before his impactful role at Sprott Inc., Mark spent 5 years as the Director of Institutional Equity Sales at Griffiths McBurney Corporation (GMP) in NYC and 4 years in the same capacity at Cormark Securities. His contributions were instrumental in the success of both organizations. Mark’s academic credentials include an Honours Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Steven Therrien

Steven is a professional geologist working in the mining industry since 2010. He worked at Goldcorp’s Red Lake, Campbell and Cochenour mines, where he was responsible for underground ore control, assigning geological confidence to mine reserves, managing bulk sample and sample tower programs, designing and managing >$10M dollar drilling campaigns, and modelling gold resources for the operations. Steven also spent time at Newmont’s Porcupine operation, where he modelled gold resources and constructed mine-scale geological models for deposits in the area. In 2022, he started his own geological modelling business and generated 3D geological models for gold and lithium projects across North America. He joined 3L Capital as a Mining Analyst in May 2023.

Peter Maletis is the Vice President – Gold & Precious Metals Research at Merk Investments and member of the Portfolio Management Group. He focuses on gold and precious metals companies. Prior to joining Merk Investments, Peter gained experience as Research Analyst at Franklin Templeton Investments from 2010 until early 2019. Prior to that, he worked at Marathon Resource Investments; the Cypress Funds; Banc of America Securities LLC. Peter holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, as well as a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College. Peter lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three kids. His personal interests include sports, family, travel, golf and movies.
Louis-Pierre Gignac

Mr. Gignac has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry. His expertise includes managing project development studies, providing open-pit expertise, financial modeling, and economic evaluation of projects. He has coordinated many mandates with numerous major mining companies ranging from early exploration evaluations to operations optimization involving all fields of mining and geology. He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (“OIQ”) and the Canadian Institute of Mining (“CIM”). He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from McGill University and a Master’s degree of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal and is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Gignac also serves as a director of Major Drilling Group International.

Mr. Bebek has over 20 years of experience in financing, foreign negotiations and acquisitions in the mineral exploration industry. His understanding of the capital markets and ability to position, structure and finance companies that he has been associated with has been instrumental in their successes. Mr. Bebek was formerly the President, CEO and Co-Founder of Cayden Resources, which was sold to Agnico Eagle Mines for $205M in November 2014, and a Co-Founder of Keegan Resources (now Galiano Gold). Mr. Bebek is also Chair and Director of Tier One Silver.

Mr. Funk has over 14 years of industry experience for major and junior mining and companies including Newcrest Mining and Evrim Resources. Charles is a geologist specializing in business development for gold, silver and copper projects from early stage to production. Charles has led or supported multiple deposit discoveries in Mexico and Australia and contributed to over $60 million dollars in capital raisings.

Glenn is the founding shareholder of Silver Tiger Metals Inc. and he oversaw the listing of the Company on the TSXV. Glenn is a securities lawyer with 25 years of resource sector capital markets experience and he currently serves as a member of the TSXV National Advisory Committee. Glenn is Corporate Secretary and a founding shareholder of Gogold Resources Inc., another company for which he oversaw the listing on the TSX.
